1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Image3DAI ("Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Commercial Rights & Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the original 2D images you upload. Regarding the generated 3D models (OBJ, STL, GLB):
- Pro & Ultra Users: Full commercial and resale rights to all generated 3D assets, games, and 3D prints.
- Free Tier Users: Personal, non-commercial educational and evaluation license.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or contains illegal or harmful media. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these policies.
4. Subscriptions & Credits Policy
Credits are consumed upon initiating 3D model generation based on the selected resolution and engine mode. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Cancellations can be performed anytime in your billing portal.
